COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These are the terms and conditions governing the competition. By entering the competition, all entrants agree to be bound by them.
2. The promoter of the competition is Chelsea FC PLC of Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road, London SW6 1HS. (“Chelsea”).
3. The competition is being run in conjunction with the Sport4AllSeasons Tours package offered by Chelsea; the Rugby Football Union; Marylebone Cricket Club and The All England Lawn Tennis Club Wimbledon Ltd (referred to below collectively as “S4AS”).
4. To enter the competition you must purchase a S4AS Tours Voucher, visit all 4 S4AS venues [Chelsea FC; Marylebone Cricket Club; Rugby Football Union; The All England Lawn Tennis Club (the “Venues”) within the “valid to” date printed on the Voucher and send a completed entry form by the Closing Date.
5. Entries must be received on or before the Closing Date, which shall be midnight 31st December in the year the Voucher expires. Any incomplete entries and entries received after this date will be invalid.
6. Entrants to this competition must be 18 years or older at the date of entry and resident in the UK. Proof of age may be required. No employees of Chelsea or S4AS (or their subsidiaries and related companies) or their relatives, representatives or agents may enter the competition.
7. There will be one winner of the prize each calendar year. The winner will be chosen at random by an independent judge from all qualifying entries. The judge’s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
8. The winner will be notified by email or letter (to the address set out in his/her entry form) within one month of the Closing Date.
9. The name and county of the winner can be obtained by sending a SAE to “SportsSport4AllSeasons Competition”, Chelsea FC PLC Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road, London SW6 1HS.
10. The prize will be provided within [12] months of the Closing Date. The prize is subject to availability and Chelsea and S4AS reserve the right to substitute an alternative prize of a comparable value. There are no cash alternatives. The prize is non-transferable.
11. The prize does not include the cost of travel, accommodation or any other expenses associated with using prize.
12. All entrants agree that if they are the winner of the prize they will take part in any promotional activity reasonably requested by Chelsea and/or S4AS and consent to their name and county being supplied to other entrants in accordance with condition 9, to administer the competition [and in accordance with their instructions on their entry form].
13. Neither Chelsea nor S4AS shall have any liability (other than for death or personal injury caused by negligence or other liabilities that cannot, as a matter of law, be excluded) for any loss, damage, cost or expense, whether direct or indirect, caused to entrants in connection with the competition or the prize.
14. Chelsea reserves the right to cancel or change the competition at any time.
15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England, whose courts shall have exclusive discretion to decide any dispute arising under them.
16. S4AS reserves the right to vary the terms & conditions effective upon posting them on www.sport4allseasons.com
